Shipping & Return Information
Current processing time is about 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday) before shipment. All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail, unless a different shipping option was purchased at checkout. First Class shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery AFTER the order is shipped out. Priority Mail shipping typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery AFTER the order is shipped out. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with the tracking, and if applicable, insurance information. Both First Class Mail and Priority Mail include insurance coverage from USPS.
Please note that weather and federal holidays do impact delivery time frames.
International orders are shipped First Class International and typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Once shipped, international orders can be held in customs, creating additional delays. Thank you in advance for your patience with international orders! Please inquire about faster shipping times or other upgrades for international orders at sales@thegemcoshop.com. The Gem Co. is not responsible for any customs, import, or duty fees associated with packages.
IMPORTANT Please confirm that your shipping address is correct. The Gem Co. is not responsible for incorrect addresses listed on purchase orders. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact The Gem Co. at info@thegemcoshop.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Buyers are responsible for additional shipping costs of re-shipped orders.
The Gem Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once shipped, your package is the responsibility of USPS, and you may file a claim for any issues you may have with your delivery. The Gem Co. will not replace any lost or stolen packages.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Your return must be postmarked within these 7 days of the delivery date in order to be eligible for a return. You are responsible for the return shipment cost of an item, as well as any insurance or tracking costs. The Gem Co. is not responsible for any loss or damage of returned packages. To return an item:
1. Please send an email to returns@thegemcoshop.com to alert us to your return.
2. Carefully package up your return (returns that are damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted).
3. Please include your name, order number, and a reason for return
